Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland in Caboolture, QLD is seeking a caring Care Worker to assist clients with personal care, mobility, meals, and domestic tasks. You will support social activities, transport to appointments, and follow individual care plans to promote wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
• Must hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence and have a comprehensively insured vehicle.

• Support clients with domestic tasks including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep.
• Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping.
• Follow clients’ care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager.
• Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork.

Your Role as Care Worker

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals

Location – Caboolture and Surrounding Suburbs

Must hold a minimum Green P Plate (Australian Drivers Licence)
