Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to ensure quality, timeliness and alignment with client contracts and SLAs.
• Track, measure and report on service against SLAs; identify and address risks or breaches.
• Ensure service delivery activities comply with policies, client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and deliver monthly client reporting with accurate content.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, quality and client satisfaction.
