About the Opportunity

We are seeking a pro-active and detail-orientated Service Delivery Coordinator to assist with the smooth delivery of services to our valued clients. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring performance against client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) whilst ensuring activities align with internal quality assurance standards. Working closely with our internal teams, you’ll help to deliver a seamless client experience and uphold our reputation for excellence.

  • You will be a confident communicator, where you can convey important information clearly, through verbal and written mediums.
  • You are highly organised and have the confidence to prioritise those tasks that are most urgent.
