A&L Windows & Doors is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Stapylton site. You will support the service team by coordinating warranty claims, entering and progressing service jobs in SAP, and contacting customers for appointments and updates.

Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, you will liaise with homeowners, sales teams and internal departments to keep jobs on track and ensure timely completions, invoicing and service targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, service coordination or sales support.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence handling high-volume workloads and coordinating multiple ongoing jobs.

Responsabilités

• Booking and coordinating warranty jobs after technician visits.
• Entering and updating service and warranty jobs in SAP.
• Liaising with homeowners, sales teams and technicians.
