Job summary

A&L Windows is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Stapylton site. You will coordinate warranty and service jobs, enter and track them in SAP, and liaise with homeowners, sales, technicians and internal teams to progress each job to completion.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with a focus on accurate data entry, timely updates and delivering a positive customer experience. Experience in customer service or administration is essential, SAP experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, service coordination or sales support.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach and good time management.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams; SAP experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate ongoing warranty jobs after technician visits.
• Enter, update and manage service and warranty jobs in SAP.
• Liaise with homeowners, sales teams, technicians and internal departments to coordinate next steps.
• Contact customers to arrange appointments and provide updates on warranty claims.
• Manage ongoing service jobs and ensure actions are completed within required timeframes.
• Respond to customer enquiries and troubleshoot service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, spreadsheets and customer records.
• Use SAP daily, alongside Excel, Outlook and Teams, to manage jobs and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Support completion of service jobs to achieve daily invoicing and targets.
