Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Service Coordinator to join a large business and support service technicians and the Projects team.

You will be the main contact point handling calls, registering in the service management system, creating work orders, and assisting with administrative duties. This office-based role offers team collaboration and opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience with service job management or ERP software.
• Computer literate and familiar with Windows-based applications.
• Not shy to take incoming phone calls.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Simpro or similar system experience.
