Job summary

Lead Group in Melbourne is seeking a Service Coordinator to drive the Simpro implementation across the business. You will own the rollout, train staff and help shape how the team works in a supportive, close-knit environment.

Based in Ringwood, this role offers flexible hours, including four-day weeks and school pickup options, with a negotiable salary. You will coordinate preventative maintenance, manage service administration, and liaise with the finance team on invoicing using MYOB.

Qualifications

Service Coordinator | Simpro Implementation | Flexible Hours

A Service Coordinator role with a difference.

Join a specialist HVAC business where you can take ownership, improve systems and help shape how the team works, all within a supportive, close knit environment.

Based in Ringwood, this is a proactive service coordination role with no reactive breakdown scheduling or constant firefighting. The focus is on planning ahead, improving processes and helping the business get the most out of its systems.

The opportunity

The key focus will be introducing Simpro across the organisation. You'll lead the rollout, support employees through the transition and deliver training to ensure the system is adopted and used effectively by the whole team.

What you'll be doing

• Simpro implementation and training: Lead system adoption, manage change and deliver practical learning sessions to employees and technicians.
• Proactive service coordination: Plan preventative maintenance around three months ahead, coordinate schedules and support effective service delivery.
• Service administration: Assist with contract administration, payment coordination and liaison with the finance team on invoicing through MYOB.

About you

You're an excellent communicator who enjoys helping people learn, introducing new systems and bringing a team along through change.

You're organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously. Experience with Simpro, systems implementation, training or service coordination would be highly regarded. Familiarity with MYOB and invoicing processes would also be beneficial.
