Job summary

You’ll manage customer communication, site access, travel and job requirements, track progress, and document work in the system.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or job administration.
• Background in a technical, engineering, industrial or trade environment.
• Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with SimPRO or similar job management software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems proactively.
• Experience across mining, resources, manufacturing and water sectors.
• Focus on training and career progression within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service jobs, technicians and site mobilisations.
• Manage customer communication, site access, travel and job requirements.
• Track WIP, warranty work, recurring jobs and outstanding tasks.
• Maintain accurate job information and documentation in SimPRO.
• Support invoicing, progress claims and general service administration.
