Job summary

WesTrac is seeking a Field Service Customer Coordinator in Perth, WA, to support efficient field service operations by coordinating customer enquiries, work orders, scheduling and parts procurement. You’ll act as the central contact between customers, field service supervisors and internal teams.

Based at Perth Precinct, this full-time role offers hands-on coordination in a dynamic mining and heavy equipment environment, with a focus on timely communication, accuracy and service delivery

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or understanding of heavy equipment components and repair processes.
• Experience in a customer service, service coordination or administration role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer enquiries, service requests and work order activities.
• Assist Field Supervisor with schedule of field service technicians to maximise responsiveness and efficiency.
• Manage work orders from creation through to completion and invoicing.
• Source and coordinate parts to support maintenance and breakdown work.
• Provide proactive updates to customers and build strong relationships.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance and service delivery outcomes.
