Kingspan Water & Energy is seeking a proactive Installations Coordinator to join our Hazelmere team. You will coordinate installation schedules, support customers and contractors, and ensure safe, on-time completions across Australia.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, scheduling, coordination or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tank installation schedules across Australia.
• Manage installation bookings, reschedules and job updates.
• Liaise with customers, installers, plumbers and contractors.
• Work closely with Logistics, Planning and Sales teams.
• Monitor installation progress and maintain accurate records.
• Process installation invoicing and related administration.
• Resolve scheduling issues and support operational requirements.
• Promote compliance, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Installations Coordinator to join our team at Hazelmere.

Reporting to the Installations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating installation schedules, supporting customers and contractors and ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tank installation schedules across Australia
• Manage installation bookings, reschedules and job updates
• Liaise with customers, installers, plumbers and contractors
• Work closely with Logistics, Planning and Sales teams
• Monitor installation progress and maintain accurate records
• Process installation invoicing and related administration
• Resolve scheduling issues and support operational requirements
• Promote compliance, safety and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
