Job summary

Kingspan is seeking a customer focused Technical Sales Officer to join our Commercial Sales team in Hazelmere. If you enjoy solving technical problems, building customer relationships and turning enquiries into sales outcomes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This office-based role provides technical advice, prepares quotations, and manages sales orders for our water storage solutions, working with customers, resellers and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in building/construction/manufacturing/plumbing or related industries.
• Ability to interpret hydraulic drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.

About the Role

Reporting to the Technical Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the sales process from enquiry through to order completion.
