Job summary

Kingspan Water and Energy Pty Limited in Sydney invites a Sales Coordinator to support our growing rural water storage solutions business. You will bridge the gap between external sales reps, manufacturing and clients, ensuring smooth order processing and accurate quotes.

The role emphasizes proactive customer service, CRM-driven quote management, resolving escalations, and collaborating with Finance and Installations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service within manufacturing, construction or agricultural sectors is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support and Sales - Manage omnichannel enquiries to guide potential and existing customers towards the right rural water storage solutions.
• Order and Quote Management - Accurately process quotes, documentation, and complex sales orders in the CRM in a timely manner.
• Escalations and Problem Solving - Effectively manage the customer escalation process to ensure swift resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Liaise with Finance (payments and discrepancies) and Installations (order modifications) while supporting the wider Rural Sales Team.
• Product Knowledge - Become a subject matter expert in our product line and actively share knowledge across the team.

We are seeking an organised, customer focused and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team specialising in rural water storage tanks. You will act as the key bridge between our external sales representatives, manufacturing team and valued clients ensuring smooth order processing, accurate quoting and high-level administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support and Sales - Manage omnichannel enquiries to guide potential and existing customers towards the right rural water storage solutions
