Job summary

Modus Projects is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Melbourne CBD office. You will coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across Australia, schedule trades, and manage work orders from request to completion.

Strong customer service and organised multitasking are essential to balance urgent requests and KPIs. Based in our Collins Street office, you’ll join a high-performing, supportive team with ongoing training and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across Australia.
• Schedule trades and subcontractors to attend customer sites.
• Manage work orders from initial request through to completion.
• Liaise with customers, technicians and contractors to provide timely updates.
• Prioritise urgent maintenance requests while balancing multiple jobs.
• Ensure service levels and customer KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and service partners.
