Modus Projects in Perth, WA is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to join our busy team. You’ll coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across Australia, schedule trades, manage work orders from request to completion, and keep customers updated with timely information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across Australia.
• Schedule trades and subcontractors to attend customer sites.
• Manage work orders from initial request through to completion.
• Liaise with customers, technicians and contractors to provide timely updates.
• Prioritise urgent maintenance requests while balancing multiple jobs.
• Ensure service levels and customer KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and service partners.
