Job summary

Suncoast Caravan Service on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a friendly Service Coordinator / Customer Service team member to join our busy service team. This hands-on role blends customer service, sales and service coordination, working closely within the Service Department to assist with enquiries, bookings, and parts orders.

You’ll be the main contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing quotes, helping manage the booking schedule, greeting showroom visitors, and processing transactions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, service coordination or a similar role is highly regarded.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with customers in person and over the phone.

Suncoast Caravan Service is a well-established, family-owned caravan service and repair business on the Sunshine Coast. With decades of industry experience and a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service, we are looking for a Service Coordinator / Customer Service team member to join our busy Service Team.

This is a hands‑on customer service role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and being part of a close‑knit team.

About the Role

This is a varied and dynamic position that combines customer service, sales, and service coordination. You’ll work closely within our Service Department, assisting with customer enquiries, ordering parts, and helping manage the booking schedule. Every day is different – from answering phones and assisting with spare parts sales, you will be an important point of contact for our customers.

About You

• A keen interest in caravans, motorhomes or camping (experience is desirable but not essential)
• Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping customers
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicating with customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone
• Comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day
• A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
• Professional, reliable and well presented
• Confident using computers and everyday business systems
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, service coordination or a similar role is highly regarded
