As a Service Coordinator, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance to Support Workers, ensuring quality outcomes for participants and fostering independence. Staff supervision and development are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Qualification and Essential Licences

• Current Driver's Licence.


• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).


• First Aid & CPR certification.


• Tertiary qualification in Disability, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Psychology, or similar.


• Eligibility to work in Australia.
