Qualifications

• Experience managing a service, operations, or workshop environment.
• Caravan industry experience desirable.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service Centre team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage service bookings, workflow planning, and job scheduling.
• Oversee inventory and stock control to ensure parts availability and minimise downtime.
• Monitor service performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Drive process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.
