Job summary

You will own day-to-day service operations, drive customer satisfaction, coach technicians and advisors, and partner with parts and management to maximise performance.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high CSI levels.
• Work closely with parts and management teams to maximise departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

As Service Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the service department, driving performance, customer satisfaction and team development.
