The role offers a salary range of AUD 85,000 to AUD 100,000 depending on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses, with an immediate start in a modern dealership environment that values stability and growth.

• Technical Qualification: A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Industry Experience: Proven background in automotive service or parts management.

• Financial Performance: Meet and exceed monthly revenue, efficiency, and inventory targets.
