Atherton Automotive Pty Ltd in Atherton, QLD is seeking a full-time Service Advisor / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and to coordinate service operations with the workshop.

You will greet customers, manage bookings, provide accurate service information, prepare invoices, and keep the reception tidy while supporting the workshop team. A manual driver's licence is essential and a friendly, professional attitude is expected.

As the Service Advisor / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality customer service and efficiently coordinating all aspects of the vehicle service and repair process.

What you'll be doing

• Provide customers with accurate information about service requirements, costs and timelines


• Coordinate the vehicle service and repair process, liaising with the workshop team


• Prepare service documentation and invoices for customers


• Maintain a clean and organised reception area


• Provide administrative support to the workshop as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service


• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask


• Proficient in using computer systems and office software


• A friendly, professional and positive attitude


• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems


• A manual driver's licence is essential.
