Job summary

Autosports Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Audi Indooroopilly team in Brisbane. This role focuses on leading a service team, maintaining high customer service standards, and driving KPI performance in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor and strong organisational skills to manage training, budgets, and profitability while upholding safety and warranty compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor preferred.
• Ability to lead a service team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, manage, and motivate the service team to hit KPI targets and maintain a culture of excellence.
• Optimise workshop flow to maximise productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
• Maintain Audi Indooroopilly's reputation for outstanding customer service.
• Manage departmental training, budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure all safety standards and manufacturer requirements are met.
