Aufgaben

• Greeting and serving customers for the service department
• Advising customers on vehicle updates regarding repairs or servicing
• Following manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently
• Coordinating daily service appointments
• Meeting individual and team targets
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Preparing for next-day appointments
• Booking customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face
• Preparing Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop execution
