South Central Truck & Bus is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, assisting in person and over the phone. You will document repair orders, define work scope, and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Formación

• Experience in automotive, transport or service-based environment preferred but not essential.
• Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence managing customer expectations and coordinating multiple jobs.
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to the team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Accurately document repair orders and define work scope.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service options.
• Manage bookings and liaise with technicians and service department.
• Prepare quotes, process payments, and handle warranty claims.
• Identifying opportunities to offer additional services and value-added solutions.
• Managing customer expectations and resolving queries with professionalism and care.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
