Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and managing service bookings.
• Understanding customer needs and accurately documenting repair orders.
• Providing service recommendations and upselling additional maintenance where appropriate.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Liaising with technicians and workshop controllers.
• Preparing invoices and processing vehicle handovers.
• Delivering a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
