Job summary

Lynx Auto Services is a busy automotive workshop in Thornton seeking a Service Advisor to cover a 6-month maternity leave. You will work alongside the workshop team to deliver friendly, professional service from booking through to job completion.

Key duties include answering calls, scheduling servicing, providing updates and estimates, and ensuring a smooth workflow while supporting a small, family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
• Can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Has an interest in the automotive industry.
• Previous automotive or Service Advisor experience is an advantage, but not essential — full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries.

• Managing customer bookings and workshop schedules.
