Mark Nixon Automotive, a family-owned workshop specialising in Land Rover, Range Rover and Jaguar, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. You’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, coordinating bookings, communicating progress and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Join a busy, supportive team and enjoy above-award wages, ongoing training and a 9-day fortnight trial. Monday to Thursday 7:30 am–4:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with every second Friday off.

Qualifikationen

• Previous administration or customer service experience.
• Experience as Service Advisor is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers and coordinate workshop bookings.
• Manage day-to-day administration, invoicing and payments.
• Prepare quotes and provide updates on vehicle progress.
• Coordinate parts ordering and assist with warranty claims.

Mark Nixon Automotive is a family-owned automotive workshop specialising in the servicing, maintenance and repair of Land Rover, Range Rover and Jaguar vehicles.

Are you an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys customer service, variety and being part of a busy team? Join us in a hands-on role where you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, coordinating bookings, keeping customers informed and helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What you\'ll do

In this role, you will:

• Welcome customers, respond to enquiries and coordinate workshop bookings.
• Manage day-to-day administration, including data entry, invoicing and payments.
• Prepare customer quotes and provide updates on vehicle progress.
• Coordinate parts ordering and assist with warranty claims.
• Liaise with technicians to coordinate workflow and keep jobs progressing efficiently.
• Advise customers on recommended servicing and repairs.
• Maintain accurate parts, stock and workshop system records.
• Follow up with customers and contribute to a consistently high standard of service.

What you\'ll bring

We\'re looking for someone who is professional, approachable and enjoys working in a busy customer service environment.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service or a Service Advisor role.
• Automotive industry experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently in a busy environment.
