Penrith BMW & Penrith MINI Garage, part of Sime Darby Motors Australia, is looking for a Service Advisor to join a busy, customer-first service team in Western Sydney. You will help drive our vision of delivering the high standards BMW customers expect.

You’ll manage service enquiries, coordinate workshop bookings, keep customers updated, and assist in invoicing and achieving service targets. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a valid driver’s licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or Service Advisor role.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with customers.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to manage bookings.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service and repair requirements professionally.
• Coordinate workshop bookings to optimise utilisation.
• Provide regular customer updates and maintain relationships.
• Prepare and cost invoices in line with company standards.
• Support workshop productivity and service targets.

The Role

Working as a Service Advisor alongside a results-oriented and highly dedicated service team, you’ll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of delivering the high standards BMW customers expect and deserve.

Roles And Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing customer service and repair requirements in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinating workshop bookings to ensure efficient utilisation
• Providing regular customer updates and maintaining strong relationships
• Accurately preparing and costing invoices in line with company standards
• Supporting workshop productivity and service performance targets
• Participating in ongoing manufacturer and internal training programs

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

• Experience in a similar customer-facing or Service Advisor role
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Solid computer literacy (MS Office and dealership systems desirable)
• A proactive, motivated and customer-focused mindset
• A current and valid driver’s licence
