Job summary

Reef City Motors, part of the Tony White Group, is seeking an Aftercare Consultant to support our sales team and enhance the customer journey.

You will present car care, protection and vehicle enhancement options, maximise aftermarket opportunities, and ensure a professional, value-driven experience from purchase to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or aftermarket sales or F&I or similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Present car care and protection products including paint protection, interior protection and window tinting.
• Recommend aftermarket products and enhancement packages tailored to individual customer needs.
• Maximise aftermarket opportunities across new and used vehicle sales.
• Build strong customer relationships through engaging and professional presentations; coordinate with Sales, Finance and Service for installations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership and manufacturer processes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from purchase through to vehicle handover.
• Aim to consistently meet and exceed individual and dealership targets.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Reef City Motors is a busy, multi-franchise dealership committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As our Aftercare Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting our sales team and enhancing the customer journey by presenting tailored car care, protection and vehicle enhancement solutions.

You will work closely with customers and our dealership teams to maximise aftermarket opportunities while ensuring every customer receives professional advice, genuine value and a seamless experience from purchase through to delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present car care and protection products including paint protection, interior protection and window tinting
• Recommend aftermarket products and enhancement packages tailored to individual customer needs
• Maximise aftermarket opportunities across new and used vehicle sales
• Build strong customer relationships through engaging and professional presentationsWork closely with Sales, Finance and Service teams to coordinate aftermarket installations
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership and manufacturer processes
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from purchase through to vehicle handover
• Consistently work towards and achieve individual and dealership performance targets

• Previous experience in automotive sales, aftermarket sales, F&I or a similar sales-focused role
• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills
