Job summary

Tony White Group in New South Wales is seeking experienced Service Advisors to join Hunter GWM & Cardiff GWM teams. You will be the primary contact between customers and workshop, ensuring clear communication from drop-off to collection.

• Good computer and dealership system skills.
• A proactive, professional and team-focused attitude.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the servicing process
• Booking and coordinating vehicle service and repair appointments
• Liaising with customers regarding vehicle requirements, progress and recommended repairs
• Working closely with technicians and workshop teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Preparing repair orders, invoices and service documentation accurately
• Identifying additional service and repair opportunities where appropriate
• Following up with customers and maintaining strong ongoing relationships
• Working towards individual and dealership performance targets

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Tony White Group, Hunter GWM & Cardiff GWM are seeking experienced and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced automotive professionals who thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and workshop teams, ensuring each customer receives clear communication and a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
