Job summary

Fork Force Australia is seeking a Service Administrator to coordinate all aspects of our field service operations and drive new business opportunities. In this role, you will manage inbound service requests, allocate the field service team, and maintain communication with customers during repairs to ensure maximum productivity.

You will handle calls, produce quotes, open work orders, allocate technicians, schedule maintenance, order parts, and review work for invoicing accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of service administration experience.
• Experience in the forklift industry is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Baseplan experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of field service operations and drive new business opportunities.
• Manage inbound service requests and allocate field service team.
• Maintain communication with customers during repairs to maximise productivity.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries as first point of contact.
• Produce quotes and follow up on quotes and service work.
• Open work orders and purchase orders.
• Allocate technicians and issue purchase orders to subcontractors.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and parts ordering.
• Review retail work for invoicing accuracy.
