About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Service Department and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer and internal service enquiries
  • Creating and managing service work orders from start to finish
  • Maintaining accurate service records and department documentation
  • Updating customer and equipment information within company systems
  • Assisting with service reporting and departmental administration
  • Processing warranty and product improvement claims
  • Supporting technicians and management with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

About You

  • Previous administration or customer service experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional and positive approach to customer service
  • Mechanical or technical knowledge is advantageous but not essential
  • Year 12 completion or relevant experience preferred
