Active Forklifts Australia is seeking a driven Field Service Technician to service forklifts and access equipment across client sites in Australia. You will diagnose, repair and maintain units, delivering excellent customer service and coordinating with the workshop and other techs as needed.

The role offers a fully maintained vehicle, uniform, and access to extensive training resources, with additional perks like gym discounts and counsellor support.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with interest in servicing forklifts and heavy equipment.
• Experience or willingness to work on forklifts, access equipment or automotive systems.
• Desirable knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on forklifts and access equipment.
• Provide repairs, maintenance and diagnostics across customer sites.
• Deliver strong customer service and manage your own patch.
• Assist in workshop repairs and help other service techs as required.
• Participate in after-hours on-call service per policy and agreements.
• Service and repair various forklift models and access equipment.
