About the Role

Due to significant business growth and success, we are now looking for a Service Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our field service operations and driving new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing inbound service requests, allocating our field service team, and maintaining constant communication with customers during the repair process to ensure maximum productivity.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming calls and inquiries, serving as the first point of contact for customers and the field service team.
• Producing quotes and following up on customer quotes and service work.
• Opening work orders and purchase orders.
• Allocating technicians and issuing purchase orders to subcontractors.
• Ensuring all preventative maintenance tasks are up-to-date and scheduling appointments with customers.
• Ordering parts for jobs and technicians.
• Reviewing retail work for accuracy before invoicing.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 4+ years of previous Service Administration experience is highly regarded.
• Forklift industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Baseplan software preferred
• Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong time management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
