Qualifications

• Experience using job management software such as SimPro.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience in a field service or trade environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Entering jobs/leads into our job management system and updating client portals.
• Assisting operations team with scheduling and co-ordination of service jobs.
• Assisting field staff with enquires and office support.
• Providing job updates to clients.
• Assigning rural work orders to sub-contractors and ensuring KPIs are met.
• Maintaining and updating of company records and procedures.
