ARA Technologies, based in Rydalmere NSW, is seeking a dynamic Service Admin to join our close-knit team. This role provides daily operational and administrative support for Service Contracts and client requests, ensuring SLA targets are met and records are accurate.
You will manage job lifecycle, update customer portals, generate job cards, order materials, coordinate stock, and assist with accounts payable for service works.

Provide daily operational and administrative support for all Service Contracts and ad-hoc Client request with specific reference to achieving agreed SLA's;-
Includes managing the job life cycle for Service Contracts and ad-hoc Service requests from initial notification through to completion.
Updating all Customer Portals as required
Generate accurate Job Cards for NSW Field Staff & Work Orders for sub-contractors nationally
Order materials, stock & transportation as required by the works in progress
Ensure all accurate information and documentation is updated in the Job Management System
Accounts payable for all Service Works
Monitor and report on SLA's, meeting, and exceeding customer requirements
Assist in the assembly of customer and field staff documentation, as required
Accurately record all external contract costs
Stock Inventory co-ordination and reporting, as required
Whilst no formal qualifications are required for this role, a Cert IV in Business Administration (or equivalent) would be well regarded
Prior experience in dealing in a fast-paced Service environment is essential
Passion for providing great customer service to Clients
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational, verbal and written communications skills
Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
