Job summary

Star Group is seeking an Electrical Service Coordinator to join our health-sector maintenance program in Western Sydney. You will coordinate a field service team, schedule planned and reactive maintenance across 85+ sites, and keep health-sector clients informed of job status and outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have experience coordinating trades, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with job management software.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating trades or field service teams
• Strong organisational skills under pressure
• Clear, confident communication with clients and technicians
• Experience with job management/scheduling software
• Team player in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Understanding of electrical maintenance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of electrical service technicians across multiple sites
• Schedule planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
• Liaise with health sector clients to inform on job status and outcomes
• Manage job workflows, work orders and compliance documents
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion to standard
• Support technicians with resourcing and access issues
• Collaborate with Account Manager and technical team to run the contract smoothly
• Occasional after-hours coordination for urgent works
