JLL is seeking a Senior Workplace Coordinator to lead soft services delivery in a premium Sydney office. You will oversee janitorial, waste, and amenities, acting as a daily liaison between the client, contractors, and occupants to ensure high standards of service.

The role emphasizes inspections, vendor performance, and data-driven improvements while fostering an inclusive, collaborative work culture at Australia’s #1 commercial real estate firm.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Experience coordinating facilities or soft services in office environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with workplace platforms and IWMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily soft facilities services including janitorial, waste, and pantry provisions.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality checks across office spaces and common areas.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors; monitor performance and escalation as needed.
• Support workplace amenities and respond to service requests via CMMS or apps.
• Track waste management, sustainability metrics, and inventory levels.
• Generate inspection reports and drive continuous improvement.
