Job summary

Qualifications

• Structured training with a portfolio of evidence demonstrating technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
• Medico-legal qualifications and experience in bodily injury claims processes across insurance, legal, medical or complex customer service sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Workers' Compensation claims from inception to finalisation in line with regulatory and Allianz requirements.
• Apply a strategic case management approach to support return-to-work and return-to-health outcomes.
• Foster relationships with claimants, families, legal and medical professionals to achieve successful outcomes while coaching others to develop these skills.
• Uphold high customer service standards and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, evidencing deep business understanding.
• Continuously assess claims for treatment and rehabilitation needs and identify risk trends to improve claims practices.
