Job summary

ISS Global is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager in Sydney to lead end-to-end workers compensation claims, deliver injury management strategies and support the claims team with technical leadership.

You will work closely with injured workers, managers and clinicians, ensuring compliance with SIRA standards and entitlement management while coaching colleagues for improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in workers compensation, injury management and early intervention.
• NSW Return to Work Coordinator certification.
• Sound understanding of workers compensation legislation and SIRA Standards of Practice.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-insurance experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers compensation claims end to end.
• Develop and implement injury management and return-to-work strategies.
• Work closely with injured workers, managers, medical practitioners and service providers.
• Ensure claims meet SIRA requirements, timeframes and quality standards.
• Manage entitlements, including PIAWE and weekly benefits.
• Conduct claims reviews and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Provide technical support, coaching and training to claims colleagues.
