Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a Senior Liquid Innovation Specialist to pioneer new wine and wine-based beverages. You will apply science, creativity and sensory expertise to develop breakthrough liquids, from concept through to Gate 1, while aligning with regulatory and quality standards.

You will work with winemakers, R&D teams and external partners to explore botanicals, natural extracts and new processing techniques, shaping a global liquid identity for Vinarchy.

Responsibilities

• Shape Vinarchy's future liquid identity by translating global trends into new concepts for wine and wine-based beverages.
• Collaborate with winemakers, R&D, suppliers and partners to design and refine innovative liquid profiles using botanicals, extracts and new processes.
• Guide products from concept to Gate 1, leading sensory panels, tastings and benchmarking to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive innovation and renovation projects through stage-gate processes, aligning with brand, marketing and operations.
