Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure packaging, labeling and artwork comply with regulatory and brand requirements across multiple products. You will coordinate reviewers, suppliers and internal teams to drive accurate approvals in a fast-paced environment.

This 12-month fixed-term role reports to the Regulatory Compliance Manager and offers an opportunity to shape our global packaging standards while maintaining high attention to detail and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating artwork approvals across multiple teams.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the approval workflow for dry goods labels and packaging.
• Coordinate artwork approvals for new products and vintages.
• Maintain artwork assets with version control in the system.
• Brief suppliers on artwork requirements.
• Coordinate artwork setup with suppliers and verify compliance.
• Provide final approval for dry goods artwork.
• Manage Container Deposit Scheme registrations and compliance.
