Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a Senior Liquid Innovation Specialist to lead next-generation wine and wine-based beverages from concept to Gate 1. You will apply sensory science, flavour chemistry and innovative processing to create breakthrough products.

Collaborating with winemakers, R&D, suppliers and academic partners, you will steer projects through development stages, ensure regulatory and quality standards, and help shape Vinarchy's liquid identity for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading liquid innovation initiatives in wine or beverage sectors.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into concepts and scale them.
• Strong collaboration with winemakers, R&D, suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of wine and wine-based products through Gate 1.
• Oversee sensory evaluations and consumer tastings to steer direction.
• Ensure regulatory, safety and quality standards are met across portfolios.
• Drive innovation projects from concept to commercial readiness.
