Job summary
AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer to join our Townsville or Rockhampton offices. You will lead design and delivery of water projects, including pipelines, reservoirs and treatment infrastructure, working with local and national clients.
We value practical design skills, collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior engineers. A relocation and visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate, with hybrid work options available.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications - essential and RPEQ/CPEng highly regarded.
- Experience in leading complex multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and build client relationships.
- Willingness to relocate to Northern Queensland; visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Apply water infrastructure design skills to meaningful local and national projects.
- Lead project delivery from design to construction, including commercial management.
- Provide technical leadership with multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality, timeliness and cost controls.
- Mentor junior staff and develop relationships with clients across sectors.
