AECOM is seeking an experienced water infrastructure engineer to join our Townsville office, leading major water projects across North Queensland. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, drive design through to construction, and manage commercial aspects with a focus on quality and value.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects and delivering to time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from business development through design to construction, managing commercial aspects.
• Provide technical leadership with support from multidisciplinary teams ensuring quality, timely and budget-compliant outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with internal and external clients across sectors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure client satisfaction and project success.
