AECOM is seeking an experienced engineer to join our Water Infrastructure team in Townsville or Rockhampton. You will work on significant water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations and treatment facilities, across North Queensland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications – essential & RPEQ / CPEng – highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in working on/managing complex multidisciplinary projects in water infrastructure.
• Interest in succession and long-term growth within a global organisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively at internal and external, client-facing level.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and designers.

Responsabilités

• Apply water infrastructure design skills to meaningful local and national projects.
• Lead project delivery from business development through design to construction, managing commercial aspects.
• Provide technical leadership with multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality, timely, budget-compliant outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with internal and external clients across sectors.
