Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a water infrastructure discipline and professional accreditation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary water projects and delivering to schedule and budget.

• Ability to develop new client relationships and maintain networks.
• Willingness to mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from business development through design to construction, managing commercial aspects.
• Provide technical leadership with multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality, timely outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Support ongoing growth of the talent pipeline and contribute to project success.
