Job summary
AECOM is seeking an experienced water infrastructure engineer to join our regional Queensland team, based in Townsville or Rockhampton. You will work on significant water projects, including pipelines, storage, and treatment infrastructure, across North Queensland and beyond.
You will lead project delivery from business development through design to construction, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

- Ability to lead from business development through design to construction.

Responsibilities
- Apply water infrastructure design skills to local and national projects.
- Lead project delivery from development through design to construction, including commercial aspects.
- Provide technical leadership with multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality, on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- Mentor junior staff and build strong client relationships across sectors.
