AECOM is seeking an experienced water infrastructure engineer to join our team in Townsville or Rockhampton. You will lead projects from development through design to construction, delivering high‑quality outcomes for local and national water projects.

Qualificações

• Relevant tertiary qualifications – essential & RPEQ / CPEng – highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in working on/managing complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Interest in succession and long‑term growth within a global organisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively at client‑facing level and develop relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project delivery from business development through design to construction, managing commercial aspects.
• Apply water infrastructure design skills to meaningful local and national projects.
• Provide technical leadership with multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality, timely outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
