SRG Hospitality is seeking a Venue General Manager to lead multi-outlet operations across our premium venues in NSW. You will own the venue P&L, shape the guest experience, and drive service standards while developing future leaders. The role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on involvement in evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in premium, high-volume hospitality.
• Full P&L ownership with demonstrated results in revenue management, labor control, and cost management.
• Experience with SevenRooms and Tanda.
• Visible, organized leadership presence under high-volume pressure.
• Current NSW RSA certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certification.
• Willingness to work on-site evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Multi-outlet venue leadership across restaurant, cafe, and events.
• Own venue P&L, revenue, labor targets, controllable costs and stock control.
• Schedule rosters to flex with forecast and events load.
• Drive guest experience and service standards across outlets.
• Develop outlet managers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with Head Chef, culinary team and Events Operations.
• Ensure NSW liquor licensing and WHS compliance.
