Job summary

SRG Hospitality seeks a Venue General Manager to lead a high-energy, multi-format venue portfolio in Sydney. You will be accountable for total venue performance, guest experience, and a strong operational benchmark across front-of-house operations.

This senior role requires strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on management of rosters, costs, and compliance. You will report to the group leadership and drive growth within a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in premium, high-volume venues.
• Proven commercial ownership and P&L management.
• Hands-on operator with strong guest experience focus.
• Comfortable leading across multi-outlet environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-outlet venue operations (restaurant, cafe, events).
• Own venue P&L, revenue, labor, costs and stock control.
• Plan rosters to meet peak trading and events.
• Drive service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Develop outlet managers and supervisors through coaching.
• Collaborate with Head Chef, events team and central functions.
• Ensure NSW liquor, RSA, food safety and WHS compliance.
